Sept. 22 Update

Dear Senior Honors Choir,

Thank you for a great first rehearsal last Sunday. As I mentioned at the top of the rehearsal, if anyone is still interested in joining us, this next rehearsal is their last chance to "drop in" and sit through the rehearsal to see if they'd like to set up a time with me to audition for this season. 

As a reminder, if you have not completed the full payment of your tuition it is already due and you should bring your check this week (or the following week if you are excused this week). If you are not sure what amount you still owe, feel free to reach out to executivedirector@theychc.org and Mr. Lytle will clarify your total amount. 

Also, I have not forgotten about our free tuition giveaway!! I want to make sure that I have the names of everyone who has recommended someone who has had a successful audition; would you mind replying to this email and let me know? (even if you already let me know previously). I want to make sure I did not miss any emails or names in the week that we did not have access to our emails. If you win and have already submitted a check, we will either not deposit it and return it to you or send you a reimbursement if it has already been deposited. 

As a reminder, if you are excused for a specific week you should send an email to SHCattendance@gmail.com in addition to my email, as that is the email that the logistics coordinators have access to in order to cross reference attendance for that week. 

If you still owe some forms (Medical information, Conflict, Code of Conduct), please bring those to your next rehearsal.

Starting next week, these updates will begin showing up in the Hub section of our new website and we will create a Remind group to let you know the updates are up. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions and/or concerns!
