Dear Senior Honors Choir,
We are so close to our Senior Finale and our inaugural Senior Celebration Event. We currently have 19 graduating seniors but only 6 have signed up for Senior solos. Seniors, although you are not obligated to perform this is the last call to sign up if you are interested! As promised, I am including a google form that everyone must fill out regarding their attendance for the Senior Celebration Event (if you will not be there you should still fill it out). As a reminder, The event will take place on June 1st at 7:00pm at Asbury United Methodist Church. We will start in the sanctuary with the senior solos, and then move to the fellowship hall for some appetizers and desserts. I will reach out to the seniors who will be performing to set up a rehearsal time prior to 7:00pm.
We are still missing a lot of registration from returning members; for reference we have 22 returning students but only 5 of you have completed your registration form. Please sign up soon and recruit new members for next year!!
Next year’s calendar should be a much easier schedule as we are going to pilot a (mostly) biweekly rehearsal schedule, instead of a weekly schedule. This should help alleviate your schedules, but it also means that one must attend all rehearsals with only a couple excused absences in the season. Here is a draft of next year’s schedule:

As I mentioned in last week’s, our concert will be at the Appell Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday, June 2nd at 4:30pm. Tickets are available at the Appel Center website. Please make sure to pack a disposable snack for that afternoon. Here is an SHC schedule for that day:
12:30pm - Arrival (enter through Philadelphia Street)
Proceed to the Studio where we will begin our warm up and rehearsal
1:00-1:40 - Move to Stage and run through soundcheck
1:40-2:30 -Short Break in the Studio
